A View of the Panasonic Viera TX-L37V10

If you decide to choose the Panasonic TX-L37V10 you will not be disappointed. With HD as standard and creative features this TV firmly cements Panasonic’s reputation as a company who are at the top of their game. Behind the features of a TV at the front of technology lie the rigidity of product that you would assume Panasonic has made for many years before such is the quality of workmanship.

Despite being a new product the TX-L37V10 already has 5 awards to its name. It picked up What video and Hi-Def TV’s best buy and What video and Hi-Def TV’s best 37″ TV of the year to name a couple. It has also had a five star rating from techradar.com.

HD viewing is not an issue with this TV as its HD ready. Not only that but it comes with a built in digital tuner and a freesat tuner as standard. The screen size is 37″ (94cm) and has a 16:9 wide aspect ratio. It has a 178 degree viewing angle ensuring anybody can see the picture regardless of where they are in the room.

The TX-L37V10 picture is enhanced thanks to motion focus technology ensuring a sharper edge and better contrast comparison. The picture is smoother thanks to the intelligent frame creation which doubles the amount of frames per second displayed to a huge 100Hz.

The TV boasts a 24p Playback and 24p Smooth film feature which ensures your HD film experience is at its very best. Its deep colour panel ensures that you are able to distinguish between even the darkest of blacks.

As for the sound, V-Audio ProSurround is outputted through 2 1-way speakers at 20W. The V-audio ProSurround mimics surround sound so that for the buyers who do not own a home theatre kit they can still enjoy realistic surround sound to a high degree. In addition to this the Panasonic also caters for those of us who do have surround sound kits by providing a connection for Dolby Digital plus.

As for the connectivity of the TV it comes with the standard scart, RCA and S-video connections but also a PC input, 4 HDMI connections and a LAN connection. Think I made a mistake on that last one? Well I haven’t the Viera comes with its own LAN connection and is capable of surfing the net at will. Not bad for a television eh?

The Panasonic Viera TX-L37V10 has built in codec’s that allow the playback of DivX media so there is no need for time consuming media conversions. Add to this a dedicated Game mode ensuring the best possible game play is achieved thanks to auto detection features. This TV does not seem to disappoint. If you’re playing your game and have got stuck don’t panic you can open up multiple windows and search online for a walk through guide. Easy!

To compliment the picture viewer the Panasonic TX-L37V10 TV can be wall mounted or placed on a stand. My recommendation is to go for the wall mount as this elegant TV should take centre piece in room. Not only is it a TV when your vegging out but when you have guests it can become the focal point of conversation whilst displaying photos of your loved ones or just yourself!

The TX-L37V10 costs from around 800 pounds And also comes with a 5 year warranty to give you piece of mind that if something should happen Panasonic will be on hand to help fix the issue. All in all a very good piece of kit.
