A feature that I have mixed feelings about in this particular model is the flipping leg ottoman. I like the fact that you can hide the ottoman. But it is at the aesthetic expanse of the chair. This requires a rather large and bulky hinge device which is not well hidden in the design of the chair.
The HT 5320 massage chair comes with a full variety of features. This particular model offers more features than most of the massage chairs in the Human Touch line. It is one of the few bench frames offered by this company. The only downside is perhaps the overall design is rather industrial and mundane.
